This is a very old video card from ATI. There is no official video card driver from ATI for this video card. However, i believe that there is a DRM module for this video card for Xfree 4.x in the linux kernel. Maybe you should look on how to activate it. However, don't expect big speed, but it should help. To give you a head start on what you should be looking, look at the following link : http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2001/04/msg00090.html You will see it is quite old and no more accurate, but the basic idea is still the same.
