At the risk of being all name-droppy... I met Jeff and his girlfriend Vikki (familiar to anyone who saw "Celebrity Rehab") at a party over the holidays. He was in bad shape. Jeff reminded me of my uncle after he had a series of strokes: One minute he'd be demanding attention and need help getting himself to the bathroom; the next, he wanted to be left alone; the next, he'd wander off somewhere and Vikki would have to track him down.
So, sad, but I can't same I'm surprised. Vikki was actually quite nice and surprisingly sane. I think she genuinely loved him, but she also loved the attention she got for taking care of him (or enabling him, depending on your point of view). --Rose On Thu, May 26, 2011 at 3:21 PM, <kbrab...@aol.com> wrote: > Click here: Report: Jeff Conaway to Be Taken Off Life Support | > PopEater.com<http://www.popeater.com/2011/05/26/jeff-conaway-life-support/> > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "World News Now Discussion List" group. > To post to this group, send email to wnndl@googlegroups.com. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > wnndl+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/wnndl?hl=en. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "World News Now Discussion List" group.
