It's not fundamental presence that's driving the billboards...it's
presence of Harold Camping's "Family Radio".  If he has a station
nearby, you have a billboard.

There's reportedly one here, over near Kent.  Family Radio owns
WCUE/1150 here...oddly enough, the station where I was first heard on
the radio as a teenage weekend host in 1981 (it was a local top 40
station at the time).
