Neither exe installers (hash is necessary in RemotePayload) nor msi installers (msi should be analyzed while build and hash computes too) can't implement such scenario. Do I understand it in a proper way or I'm missing something and in 3.9 we can download and install installers somehow without hash check but only with signature check?
