"mapped" network shares are defined for a specific user and typically not
accessible to a service, so msiexec probably cannot access the mapped path
even if the local user has access. (Just a guess.)  Also 'Documents' is
typically a NTFS junction point defined for a specific user.  Since these
issues are core to the design of Windows and MSI I do not know how to
provide advise specific to wix.
