Hi,
We have a problem with patching, When we patch it first installs
everything successfully
but at the end it uninstalls all products.
This is what happens:
We Install version 2.4.0.10 that contains:
ProdA.msi, ProdB.msi, ProdC.msi
We then perform an upgrade 2.4.5.0 containing:
prodA.msp
At the end after the msp has been successfully installed when the old version
of “burn” is to be removed it also uninstalls all products (ProdA,ProdB,
ProdC).
We have had version 2.3.x.x and we have used Burn for so long and there hasn’t
been any problem. But now with this Major upgrade that we have (2.4.x.x) it
does not work. Do you have any idea why this happens?
