If a customer upgrades their OS, your Application will stay installed, and will run in compatibility mode. Upon Uninstall/Reinstall, your condition will be met and your Application won't install. To see this functionality in action Download a copy of the Windows Upgrade Adviser. You'll get a nice Little Yellow ! stating that this Application altho installed may have unexpected behavior, or some such. Forgivee the error message, as it's been ages since I've used the adviser.
