Hello,I'm experiencing a strange issue with my WIX-based driver installer whereby the install appears to work but the driver is absent from the Windows driver store (as seen with pnputil). "Refreshing" the driver installer from the remove programs control panel re-inserts the driver back into the driver store and thereafter the driver works.
Everything seems to work correctly on the Windows Vista, Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8.1 machines that I've tested it myself on, but I've definitely seen machines in the field which are in the state where the driver package is installed but the drives are missing from the driver store.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? A cut down version of my .wxs project is attached.
