Look at the examples at https://wixextba.codeplex.com/documentation The code at this site was downloaded for wix 3.7, but for wix 3.8 and later most of it is available by using the built in features and the sample BAFunctions project. Implement code in the BAFunctions project to detect the prerequisite and use that info to set visibility on a control, or your workflow of pages.
