In my WiX project's pre-build and post-build steps I have attempted to reference user macros (variables) that I have defined in Visual Studio Property Sheets but it appears that they are not being passed. Is there something I need to do? Is this not possible? Is this an oversight/bug?
I am using WiX 3.8 and Visual Studio 2013.
