1. Dark.exe can decompile bundles to get the MSI out. 2. You could but if the Burn bundle has an MSI in it (very likely) then you'd end up with an MSI trying to install and MSI while and MSI is installing (albeit with Burn in the middle) and the Windows Installer doesn't support that.
