Thanks a lot for your quick reply !!

I tried with your suggestion and let the installation process to continue
after rebooting from Power-Off.

But, after completion of installation, I can see ONLY OLD version of BURN
package in the ARP (Meaning there is ONLY one entry). The binaries from MSI,
that are present on the machine are also of OLD version.

When I had a look at my package cache in %LOCALAPPDATA%, I can see three
folders containing : 
1. OLD BURN Package
2. New BURN Package
3. Newer Version of MSI package.

The logs that got generated in %TEMP% folder and one Snap-shot of Package
Cache can be found on  *
<https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fgwvljbbe7toe34/O3kmsT-RPg#/> this link* . 

Can you please have a look at logs and let me know if I am doing something
that is NOT expected.
