Is there a way to schedule a custom action between two other custom actions? For example, I have a custom action say CreateUserGroups which needs to be scheduled after “InstallFiles” but before “WriteRegistryValues”. Since “Before” and “After” attributes in the Custom element are mutually exclusive, I was wondering if there is a way to achieve this?
