Yes, I saw that. The logs seemed to me to say they were removed, but the files are in fact still there.
Any ideas? I took the Chapter 1 example out of the WiX 3.6 Developer's Guide book, built it and ran it on the same system and it installed and uninstalled properly, so the system isn't fundamentally broken. If nothing uninstalled I would have no problem believing the system is broken - they've been hacked on for years by people who are more comfortable with Unix - but that isn't the case here.
