Ideally a DLL custom action would be added. It would be great if that were
contributed back so that everyone could benefit.
One other concern: the blank guid on your Plugin component means that this file
association, including the Open verb registration, would not be removed when
the product/plugin was uninstalled. You should create and preserve a GUID for
that component.
