Tim, I'm still working on it, but with other responsibilities here at work have not made much progress yet. I do not have my project building under 3.8 yet. Last week I went down the route to change from using WixBootstrapperApplication.HyperlinkLicense to WixExtendedBootstrapperApplication.HyperlinkLicense so that I could use the BAFunctions.dll to try and address the auto detect of user language. I did not realize that 3.7 was supposed to detect the language. Now I understand the approach that Neil has suggested but I am trying to upgrade to 3.8 and having issues building with Extended bootstrapper. I have another issue to address here at work and then will get back on this issue.
