Hello, I have a similar problem. .NET Framework 4 Client Profile and Extended are installed on machine. I'm also using the following DetectCondition: DetectCondition="Netfx4FullVersion AND (NOT VersionNT64 OR Netfx4x64FullVersion)". However, in my specific case, I get:
Condition 'Netfx4FullVersion AND (NOT VersionNT64 OR Netfx4x64FullVersion)' evaluates to false. Maybe the .NET Framework 4 Extended is not considered as a full version. I don't know where I can find an exhaustive list of these conditions.
