This may be a simple question, but with Wix we get this free MajorUpgrade
with Downgrade element, which is great:
        <MajorUpgrade DowngradeErrorMessage="A newer version of
[ProductName] is already installed." />

My question is if we support multiple languages and if on another language
OS we perform an install that is a downgrade will we automatically get this
downgrade message translated or will it simply show English as indicated
above and if we wanted to have it translated we have to create our own
localization entry?
i.e: !(loc.DownGradeWarning) and placed the translated entries in each
support language .wxl file.

Thanks.
