32-bit code finds HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DevDiv\vs\Servicing\11.0 
at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DevDiv\vs\Servicing\11.0 (because 
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DevDiv\vs\Servicing\11.0 would be considered a 64-bit 
registry area).
