Short Version: I can't uninstall wix toolset version 3.7 from Windows
Server 2012.
The log file says:

Long Version: While trying to install the SDK for Microsoft System Center
Orchestra, I'm told I need version 3.5 of Wix Toolset installed first. OK.
So I go to the link provided, and download the proffered product, which is
version 3.7. No problem, a higher number should be better? Well, Wix
seemed to install OK, but the SDK install still fails the same way. On a
different computer, I found and installed the older Wix 3.5, and the SDK
installs correctly. Back on the original computer, I'm trying to
"downgrade" to version 3.5, but it fails, saying there's already a newer
version installed. Fine, I'll uninstall version 3.7. But that fails
silently. See log above.
