The wixstdba is a "custom" BA that's already written for you. It can do whatever it can do. You can see the code in src\ext\BalExtension\wixstdba. I'm not exactly sure what you want it to do in this case but it definitely does access the Command struct and makes all sorts of decisions based off of it today. <smile/>
