Thanks Jacob, but does this Payload element only work with bootstrapper .exe installs?

These files are not installed and therefore are simply ran from the Support folder. So on converting this over to WiX I was not able to find reference to an install support folder. So my question is does WiX create and use a Support folder to run custom actions that require main file and dependency/support files to be within that folder? If this is not supported then we'll have to look at either creating a custom action to install the files, trigger the main custom actions, and then when complete remove those files/folder. Or simply install the custom action files into subfolder and remove them all during uninstall.
