Figured it out.... Sorry for the post. In case anyone has the same issue the -bf switch is to be put in the "Librarian" section and not the compiler section. Looking back now it's obvious.
It's used with lit and not candle.... /************************************************/ Hello, To bind files to a lib file I need the -bf switch in lit. I seem to also need to specify the path to the binary files. I have read several posts that mention that if I look at the properties of my Lib project in VS I should simply have a check box to include the binary files as part of my lib. I am not finding it, is this true, is there a check box that is supposed to be there? I added -bf to the VS compiler additional settings without any success. I also added the path using -b where all my binary files are located. I get invalid binary file error. How are binded files used in VS?
