Actually, I'm mulling this over and have one more point of confusion.  Are
we talking about the path on the end-user machine?  Wouldn't that disallow
all installers that have user-defined install locations (i.e. most
installers) since the user could pick a path outside of the well known
folder?  Or, perhaps we're talking about the unresolved "path" in Wix (the
hierarchy of Directory elements)?
