I have a custom action to a dll that runs and sets the property as per log
file:

MYCORP_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM property. Its value is 'x86'.
MSI (c) (4C!E4) [16:17:47:570]: Creating MSIHANDLE (15) of type 790531 for
thread 5860 MYCORP Common Setup Toolkit: MYCORP_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM: x86
MSI (s) (F8:54) [16:17:58:560]: PROPERTY CHANGE: Adding
MYCORP_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM property. Its value is 'x86'.
Property(S): MYCORP_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM = x86
This custom action is run Before LaunchConditions in execute and UI
sequences...
why do these files get installed if they property is set?
