Hi,
I guess you need an initial property (it will not be there untill you
add it manually once) like the one below in your wixproj file:
<SuppressIces>ICE82;ICE03</SuppressIces
After that you can override properties from the command line of
MSBuild like this:
msbuild /p:SuppressIces="ICE01;ICE02" /p:Configuration=Release
/p:Platform=x86 /t:rebuild your.wixproj
