It's in help file supplied with the latest download - under the topic "Creating a Simple Setup". There are 2 (major) steps to create a test application and a Wix installer project and then it says: "That's it! Now you have a working installer that installs and uninstalls the application." Which I patently didn't have! It also says: "Note: After step 5, the appropriate WiX authoring is auto-generated to reference the application project. To disable auto-generation, right-click on the MyApplication project reference and go to Properties, then set the Harvest property to False. " Nit-picking point - the step 5 mentioned above is really "sub-step 5 of step 2" on that page.
