Small updates do not require changing the product code! This forces a major update and thus your update is massive:-) . All msi file have a package code which should probably be left to generate automatically. This should be changed in any event.
As an aside, if you can find a reason to update the version number to x.x.1.x not x.x.x.1 it's probably safer since if you later decide to release a patch to x.x.b.x you couldn't use the another patch to patch both released versions as you can't mix small and minor updates in the same patch.
