I've seen this too. Sometimes it happens on the first build, sometimes after 6 or 7 hours of development; I've not found a consistent pattern. My AV does not scan my build directories, so I don't think it is an AntiVirus issue either.

Basically, it appears that VS or some process under it has locked the files/directories.
