Hi Rob I need to fix the license agreement in a msi file that has already been built. I cannot unfortunately rebuild the msi again. So I have been "fixing" the msi with the new license agreement using orca. I would like to instead so this with a commandline tool with no UI.
How can I do this? Thanks.
