I have the same issue, and the files that I am including are 3rd party files so we can not change them.
I tried the DefaultLanguage = 0 and I then get a LGHT1101 warning. So that does not solve the issue. So if we can not get rid of the LGHT1076 warning I guess we would have to just ignore it....
