For the archives:

Look at the "Specify source file locations" in the "Others" section of the
"How To Guides" part of the CHM (or navigate there in the online manual). If
those test.dll files are going into other directories than ones named
subfolder1/subfolder2/etc then you will probably be looking at the
Directory/@SourceName attribute.

Is it possible to install file that is located in subfolder of folder in
which msi file is located? The installation media would look like this:
rootfolder\
  test.msi
  subfolder1\
    test.dll
  subfolder2\
    test.dll
  subfolder3\
    test.dll

Can this be done without manually specifying Media element for each
subfolder?
