Michael: I would advise against it. Uniquely to Windows Installers, many of us have made this mistake of including multiple files within components "because they are dependent" only to suffer the consequences later in update situations or what-not. Overall in software development, it also puts you in contention with the practice of having things that "do one thing well". It's a good practice for a reason. :)
If you want to accomplish a relative association of the files, you might look into a <ComponentGroup /> of <Component /> items instead.
