You could change the registry value for the service that maps to the startup type. In your case you said the service name was "wzcsvc" so you would change this registry value (DWORD):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\wzcsvc\Start to "2".
