The BootstrapperApplicationData.xml file gets extracted to the same directory as your BA. So, you could just get the directory of the current executing assembly (your BA assembly) and then load/parse the XML file.
I recommend searching the %temp% directory for BootstrapperApplicationData.xml after launching your bundle. This way you can copy it somewhere to see the structure.
