Actually got that as well when I tried the same, but only once and
could not reproduce this issue

IMHO no special consideration needed in that use case and got it

No idea where to change but also vote for starting the Bootstrapper in
Maintenance mode when running it when application is installed. Maybe
already some planned feature :-)
