Hi,
I have some public properties in my Wix setup project. I am not using the
WixUI_FeatureTree. Instead I have checkboxes on my custom dialogs to set the
public properties which would later be used to set the level for a feature.
This works fine when I install using UI.

But, if I use silent install with a transform created using the UI, then
features with their default levels are installed.

I have CA's to set the property to the desired value in Execute Sequence too.
Also, in the msi log file generated, I see the property has the desired value
for the condition to correctly set the feature level.

However, still features with their default level are installed.
An interesting thing is when I pass these public properties from the command
prompt then the features are installed correctly.
I might be totally off in my approach here.
Any pointer will be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Animesh
