Is there a way to remove the "Options" button in the resulting bootstrapper without using WixStandandardBootstrapperApplication.Foundation and completely theming the install? If so, how? If not, is there ANY documentation (beyond the schema reference) on the theming process etc? If not, is my best bet attempting to learn from the example by using HyperlinkTheme.xml RTFTheme.xml?
