I'm creating a patch following http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix3/patch_building.htm. It seems, that the config files get changed back. I tried PatchIgnore on the config file in the installer. But from the documentation is seems that it just helps to prevent changes from one installer to the other going into the patch. And does this mean, I have to recreate the installers?
