It absolutely helps, thanks! The fact that it's a bit of a gray area is sufficient impetus for us to look a little deeper at the licensing issues, ourselves, and possibly have our lawyers look at the issue, in order to assuage any fears our management might have.
Of course, simple logic says it's not a problem given how many commercial enterprises make use of WiX, but the world of law, and copyright law in particular, rarely yields to logic...
