A little more information: On page 80, Ramirez offers the following
"Implied Properties":
* Manufacturer
* ProductCode
...
* ProductName
* ProductVersion
* UpgradeCode

So my question is, what is the implied property to dermine if (1) VC
2008 runtime is present [1, 2], and (2) is it SP1?

My apologies for not being more clear in the original question.
