I got this error in both Wix3.0 and Wix3.5. If I create base installer using WIX, it works perfectly. The error occurs only if base version created using Visual studio(2008). Before creating admin image, I modify the file and media table schema in base installer as the Sequence(file) and lastsequence(media) colums are "Shortinteger" datatype.
