I have the following problem: Using a separate, second feature I allow the user to install a file containing "factory defaults" only if he needs to. So by default this feature is not a activated for install. If installed once it is important that it is not removed by an uninstall so I set the component-guid to "". But re-installing does not overwrite the existing file.
