Don't forget to check WiX documentation (doc\WiX.chm).

I'm not a guru, nor I've paid too much attention to web-related part of WiX, 
but there have been some significant changes made to support IIS7 recently:

Also, if I were in your shoes, I'd pay more attention to Rob's blog.
