The bitmap appears to be set with WixUIBannerBmp

This image is across a range of forms. Looking at the bitmap there is a
reasonable white area on the left side with the blue logo part on the right
side equating to a starting point at around 55% (from left).

A range of forms have text run into it. String ID's (Overridable="yes") of
text are:

WelcomeEulaDlgTitle

SetupTypeDlgDescription

CustomizeDlgDescription

VerifyReadyDlgInstallTitle

ProgressDlgTitleInstalling

Searching on these strings to find a form/dialog wasn't successful however I
presume these may be the relevant ones:

SetupTypeDlg

CustomizeDlg

VerifyReadyDlg

LicenseAgreementDlg
