That was it. The upgrade code is in two places - under Product and under 
Upgrade. When I was changing the GUID I missed the second location.
BTW, I tried posting to this thread 3 times already, but my responses 
got lost. I think it is because I was using HTML mail. This one is plain 
text and I hope it makes it through.
