Prefix the text with "{\WixUI_Font_Title}". So, in your text it will be:
<Control Id="Title" Type="Text" X="15" Y="6" Width="200" Height="15"
Transparent="yes" NoPrefix="yes" Text="{\WixUI_Font_Title}Create Virtual
Directory" />
But, if you want this to be localized (I guess you do), move the value
of the Text attribute to a *.wxl file, and leave a reference to it from
the Control element, something like this:
*.wxl
...
<String Id="MyDlgTitle">{\WixUI_Font_Title}Create Virtual
Directory</String>
...
*.wxs
...
<Control Id="Title" Type="Text" X="15" Y="6" Width="200" Height="15"
Transparent="yes" NoPrefix="yes" Text="!(loc.MyDlgTitle)" />
...
