Sorry, no budget here :) This is an open source tool that I'm developing in my spare time: http://sourceforge.net/projects/classicshell/ The current solution (full Restart Manager UI during upgrade, and a simple restart prompt during uninstall) is usable, but I was hoping it can be made more user-friendly. I'm just surprised that there isn't a more "out of the box" solution to this problem.
