I'm not sure I follow exactly what you'd like to accomplish. WiX has a lot of tools for sharing installation code between projects and conditionally including setup logic with preprocessor variables, etc. I'm confident you'll be able to accomplish what you want with WiX.
The Condition table is used to enable/disable features conditionally within one MSI. It sounds like you want to conditionally include different features and/or setup logic between these 10 different but similar installs/MSIs? Is that correct?
