Rob, it might have come up earlier (I only found a single reference to it using Google but no answer). Is there any theoretical reason for WiX not accepting lowercase or mixed case GUIDs? I don't mean passing them on like that, I know this is not allowed. But why not simply call ToUpper automatically so that authors wouldn't be forced to convert them themselves?
